The Federation Council of the Russian Federation, the upper house of Russia’s parliament, is examining this summer a package of bills allowing the importation of spent nuclear fuels from Western Europe and East Asia into Russia for storage and eventual reprocessing. Below you will find the fax number and e-mail address for Yegor Stroev, speaker of the Federation Council. We entreat you to ask our Federation Council not to approve these bills.
